We are seeking a Corporate Real Estate Intern to assist with real estate projects and operations within the transportation industry. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in property management, strategic planning, and industry research to support Intelcom | Dragonfly’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Analyze real estate projects based on various dimensions specific to the transportation and logistics industry.
Analyze and provide recommendations on existing cost structures to improve profitability.
Support operational teams by responding to their business needs.
Participate in resolving ad-hoc requests from the management team.
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in architecture, structural engineering, interior design, design, or a related field.
Basic technical knowledge.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication skills
