Corporate Officer (Fixed-Term Contract – July & August 2026)
Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Corporate Officer, you will play a central role in supporting our operations and ensuring the highest standards of fund administration and corporate governance.
This position is offered as a 2‑month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) covering July and August.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the day‑to‑day administration of funds and investment vehicles, including incorporations, liquidations, board/shareholder meetings, and investment transactions.
Acting as a key point of contact for external stakeholders such as AIFMs, regulators, depositaries, and notaries.
Organizing and leading board and shareholder meetings, and overseeing the approval and filing of annual accounts.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong corporate governance standards.
Reviewing deliverables and monitoring internal processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
Supervising both onshore and offshore teams, supporting team leaders, and maintaining KPIs.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and local authorities.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in Fund Administration and Corporate Secretarial services, ideally within Private Equity in Luxembourg.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Corporate Law, Economics, Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in team leadership or supervision, ideally with at least one year in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg’s Fund industry and corporate law.
Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
A proactive, client‑oriented approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is essential; German, French, or other languages are considered a plus.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
