This position reports to:

Field Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to become proficient in your job. Each day, you will gain required knowledge and skills through vocational training and share time between school/college and ABB. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with internal resources for delivering effective solutions and implementing process improvements.

What you’ll do

Support customers by helping resolve order‑related inquiries
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick and accurate issue resolution
Monitor KPIs and order status to secure on‑time delivery
Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate on their implementation
Join regular trainings and meetings to stay up to date and develop your skills
