By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice you will drive day-to-day delivery on capital markets transformation programs with a focus on OTC derivatives and securities financing transactions. You’ll lead discrete workstream execution from requirements and process design through testing/UAT and go-live while collaborating with stakeholders across the front, middle, and back office. You’ll apply strong domain knowledge, data/automation skills, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to produce high-quality deliverables that move clients from strategy to execution.
