Business Support/Account Management

• 了解指定业务领域的目标，目的和业务策略，能够将IT目标与业务目标联系起来，并领导运营团队中IT相关的讨论以分享工厂目标并达成共识。

Understands the goals, objectives and business strategy of the assigned business area, be able to link IT objective with business objective, and lead the conversation in process team to share & align IT objectives.

• 在其工作范围内具有操作方面的工作知识。熟悉IT系统及相关基础架构包括网络和硬件，以及IT系统在生产中的应用，以便为运营团队提供及时的IT支持。

Have working knowledge of the operations within their scope. Familiar the IT systems & related infrastructure network & hardware and the utilization of the IT systems for the processes, in order to provide timely IT support to process team.

• 解决由zero loop成员上报的IT系统问题，排除故障，并遵守生产问题上报流程上报给secondary loop
• IT system issue escalated by zero loop member, trouble shooting, and escalate to secondary loop following manufacturing issue escalation process.
• 解决IT问题或实施IT变更/任务时，与其他部门的primary loop配合，并在故障排除或变更/任务上支持其他primary loop部门。

Work with other primary loop functions when resolving IT issues or implementing IT changes/tasks, and support other primary loop functions on their troubleshooting or changes/tasks.

• 增强IT zero loop成员IT系统能力，以帮助zero loop更有效地解决问题，包括PMX，Insulin Book，IPC Book，GRIP，OSI PI等

Build IT zero loop capability on IT system to help zero loop resolve issue more efficiently and effectively, including PMX, Insulin Book, IPC book, GRIP, OSI PI, etc.

• 对其他部门primary loop成员和一线员工进行IT系统功能的培训和指导，但仅限于与药物生产无关的领域，包括PMX，Insulin Book，IPC Book，GRIP，OSI PI等

Educate, coach and reinforce other primary loop functions on IT system functions but limited in the area not related with making medicine execution.

• 参加运营团队的例行活动并主持与IT相关的讨论​话，包括运营团队例行会议，PVP，Process School建设等。

Participate process team’s routine activities and lead IT related conversations, including process team regular meeting, Practice versus Procedure, process school build, etc.

Lead IT conversation in process team and coordinate between IT team and process team, e.g apply the outage for system maintenance, implement or transfer the IT change request raised by process team to IT SME, share IT policy to process team, etc.

Have Lean MFG knowledge, be able to proactively generate ideas and implement it to accelerate help achieve lean.

Implementing IT change or resolve IT system issue following process, including Service Now recording, document change in Trackwise as a change owner, investigate deviation as a lead investigator.

• 了解业务流程并能够部署或不断改进IT解决方案，以便利用IT技术来帮助提高生产力。这可以通过创新或增强现有IT解决方案来完成。

Understand business process and be able to deploy or continuously improve IT solution in order to leverage IT technology to help improve productivity. This could be done either by innovating new IT initiatives or enhance existing IT solutions.

Service Management

Perform IT system life cycle to ensure the system stays current and is avoidant with cyber security vulnerability.

Anticipate the risks of IT solutions, and implement mitigations to reduce the risk to ensure stable IT solutions, including corrective/proactive actions.

Continuously improve IT procedures to ensure more compliant and more simplified.

• 不断完善IT系统健康检查表，指导IT zero loop定期进行健康检查，以确保IT系统可以稳定运行。

Continuously improve IT system health check list and guide IT zero loop to do the regular health check in order to ensure IT system can run stable.

• 不断完善IT RTS检查表并指导IT zero loop执行，以确保IT系统在停产或系统维护（例如打补丁）后能够正常运行。

Continuously improve IT RTS check list and guide IT zero loop for the execution to ensure IT system can run normally after shutdown or system maintenance, e.g patching.

项目管理

Project Management 

• 具有项目管理技能并领导中型IT项目，包括定义项目计划，协调项目资源以及监督项目任务执行等

Have project management skills and lead medium size IT project, including defining project plan, coordinating project resource, and oversight project task execution, etc.

计算机系统验证

Computer System Validation

Leads validation activity for IT project complying with GMP and Lilly Quality Standards and Practices.

Write CSV document to ensure high quality computer system

• 不断改进CSV并确保IT解决方案满足检查条件的标准，包括系统和验证。代表IT向审计官解释与IT系统相关的问题

Continuously improve CSV and make sure IT solution is ready for inspection including both the system and the validation. Represent IT to explain IT system related questions to the auditors.
