About the Role

What You'll Do

Retail Marketing

  • Develop and implement retail marketing strategies to drive store traffic, customer engagement, and sales growth.
  • Manage mall marketing initiatives, including advertising placements and promotions, to enhance brand visibility and in-store footfall.
  • Oversee the localization, adaptation, and distribution of in-store marketing materials, ensuring alignment with TW buy and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate the execution of weekly SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and effective promotional messaging to customers.
  • Partner with the CRM team to maintain and enhance VIP loyalty programs, ensuring ongoing engagement and retention.
  • Support CRM-driven online or offline initiatives aimed at reactivating inactive members and strengthening customer lifetime value.
  • Utilize customer data and insights to tailor marketing campaigns, optimizing touchpoints for personalized engagement.

Campaign Management & Analysis

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives for new store openings, ensuring maximum brand exposure and customer acquisition.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of retail marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand consistency.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, or data-driven customer engagement.
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, campaign performance tracking, and customer insights.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a data-driven approach to retail marketing.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
