Tareas:
Coordinar cursos, participando de la logística y eventualmente del dictado de los mismos .
Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo en la implementación de nuevas técnicas y metodologías de aprendizaje, adaptando contenidos y herramientas a las necesidades de los usuarios.
Asistir en la organización y coordinación de reuniones para debatir el desarrollo de programas de formación, aportando ideas innovadoras y alineadas con la estrategia de negocio.
Apoyar en la redacción de reportes y presentaciones para el equipo senior y la dirección, asegurando claridad y relevancia en la información.
