ウーブン・バイ・トヨタは、トヨタの100年に一度のモビリティ・カンパニーへの変革に寄与していきます。「自分以外の誰かのために」発明を続けたという歴史からインスピレーションを受けた私たちのミッションーそれは、モビリティの定義を拡げ、そしてモビリティが社会に貢献する方法を拡張し、人を想うイノベーションで、モビリティの常識に挑み続けることです。

Woven Cityには未来のモビリティへの想いを共有する多様な仲間が集まります。Inventors（インベンターズ／発明家）、住民、ビジターは、ヒト・モビリティ・社会インフラが連携する街の形をしたテストコースで、生活をしながら様々なプロダクトやサービスを実証します。

Inventor UXチームは、Woven City Management内のInventor Acceleration and Services組織に属しています。

私たちのチームは、UXリサーチ、デザイン、先進技術を通じて、ウーブンシティに来る発明家たちの研究・実験の計画立案と実施を支援します。

求める人材

私たちは、ウーブンシティにおける発明者主導の実験のための応用研究を設計・主導できるシニアUXリサーチャーを募集しています。

この役割では、VR、ロボティクス、モビリティなどの分野におけるPoC（概念実証）のためのユーザーリサーチを計画・実行するため、発明者と直接連携しながら、データに基づいた方向性とコンサルティングを提供します。

この職務には強力なステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力が求められ、調査機関またはコンサルティング環境での経験が非常に重視されます。Inventor Acceleration and Services部門内のInventor UXマネージャーに報告し、製品、デザイン、テクノロジーチームと部門横断的に連携します。
