What you’ll be doing...
You will play a leading role in building, deploying and managing end to end AI Services to power traditional and generative AI use cases.
Design, develop, and implement innovative AI/ML solutions using Python, CI/CD, public cloud platforms, and JavaScript frameworks.
Contribute to developing robust and scalable distributed computing systems for large-scale data processing.
Implement and analyze the performance of advanced algorithms, including those from deep learning and generative AI.
Design and implement AI/ML pipelines for efficient model training and deployment.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions.
What we’re looking for…
You will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree with four or more years of work experience.
Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in CI/CD practices and JavaScript frameworks.
Expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing.
Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, including deep learning and generative AI techniques.
Experience on Model-serving runtimes Like BentoML or TensorFlow Serving (TFX) or Triton Inference Server.
Experience on Model-serving platforms like Cloud-provider platforms (Amazon SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure Machine Learning) KServe, Ray.
Knowledge of SOTA algorithms, especially in personalization, cognitive and generative models.
Understanding and ability to explain both the code and the underlying math used in algorithms/models.
Familiarity with multi modal data, vector and graph databases and data warehousing fundamentals
Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS and their respective AI services
Knowledge of GPU/CPU architecture and distributed computing
Understanding of containerization(Docker) orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipeline.
Exposure to large-scale AI training, understanding of the compute system concepts (latency/throughput bottlenecks, pipelining, multiprocessing etc) and related performance analysis and tuning
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Even better if you have:
Advanced degree in computer science, Mathematics, Data science or similar field
Experience in developing and deploying real time AI models
Prior experience with Generative AI techniques applied to Large Language Models And multimodal learning (Image, Video, Speech etc.).
Repository of innovative AI research and applications in Github, scientific publications and patents.
