Why This Role Matters

As a Fleet Back Office Agent, you play a key role in ensuring the accurate administration of fleet contracts, billing processes, and master data. You will support both internal teams and external partners, helping deliver high-quality services while maintaining operational efficiency and data accuracy across systems.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end fleet contract setup in SAP, including customer, pricing, vehicles, and billing configurations.

• Maintain and update fleet master data (customers, vendors, contracts, fleet lists, pricing, and assets).

• Handle billing activities, including pre-invoicing checks, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely month-end closure.

• Support customer and service provider queries (invoicing, pricing, mileage, and service-related requests).

• Perform and support system activities such as job monitoring, intercompany processes, and vendor self-billing.

• Collaborate closely with Front Office teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

• Contribute to process improvements, testing activities, and act as a point of support for junior team members.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2–3 years of experience in a support function (customer service, help desk, or similar).

• Previous experience with SAP and good Excel knowledge.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Fleet Back Office role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
