This is a middle office role supporting the smooth and timely delivery of client’s instructions/documents from the front to back office. The team is also the point of contact for the Front, supporting them with operational queries and documentation.

In addition he/she will have chance to participate in various projects like system enhancement projects & other business projects from time to time. He/she will also have to continuously explore opportunities for process & efficiency improvements in the areas under his/her care.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Assist Front office in resolving operational issues as being the first point of contact between Front Office and Operations
Conduct independent verification with private clients
Perform 1st level check and review on client’s instruction and documentations
Commit to enquiries related to banking transaction and documentations from the internal client
Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks
Handling general administration duties within the team, including data maintenance, reporting, and team coordination

Professional and Technical

Diploma/Degree
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in banking, wealth management or financial services
Private banking background is strongly preferred
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin is a must
Strong client-focused approach is highly preferred
Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and experience with AI tools is preferred
