This position reports to:

Digital Solutions Center Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Evaluating, selecting, and applying standard techniques and procedures to perform engineering assignments.
Providing technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
Assisting in preparing proposal/presentation of engineering projects.
Utilizing checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and engineering guidelines.

Qualifications for the role

The minimum academic requirement is bachelor’s degree in electrical Power,

1-2 years of experience as automation engineer
Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required.
French is an advantage
good knowledge and experience in electrical and automation systems with
good knowledge about design processes, trainings about SAP, customer satisfaction, communication skills, presentation skills, ISO 9001 requirements, Company mission and vision and policies with good knowledge about related software applications (AutoCAD and Eplan).
RTU and Substation SCADA systems experience is a must.
