Meet your future team

You will join PwC Luxembourg’s Tax and Accounting team, working with specialists across tax compliance, accounting and legal matters. You collaborate closely with colleagues across the department and other Lines of Service to deliver integrated solutions to a diverse client base.

What your role will look like

As an Associate, you contribute to the delivery of accounting and tax services for a portfolio of local and international clients. Your role supports accurate reporting, strong client relationships and the execution of transactions, while building your technical foundation across accounting, tax and legal topics.

  • Manage and support the accounting, tax and legal aspects of a client portfolio across different industries

  • Prepare financial statements, tax returns and contribute to consolidation and due diligence assignments

  • Analyse transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and liquidations to support client decisions

  • Build direct relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and high‑quality delivery

  • Collaborate with tax, accounting and other specialists to design and implement tailored client solutions

  • Contribute to improving processes and maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance

You will build hands‑on expertise across accounting, tax and transaction-related work with exposure to a variety of industries and client structures. As your experience grows, you take on more responsibility for client portfolios and complex assignments. You shape your development through tailored training and continuous support from your team.

The skills you bring

  • Master’s degree in economics, management, accounting or taxation

  • First experience not required; strong interest in tax, accounting and legal topics

  • Accounting and tax knowledge: basic to working knowledge

  • English: C1 – full professional proficiency

  • French: C1 – full professional proficiency
