You'll thrive in this position if you're commercially curious, data-driven, and passionate about financial technology — bringing a proactive, strategic approach to enterprise prospecting in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline creation targets across the assigned territory, contributing directly to regional and global growth objectives.
  • Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies to identify key stakeholders and technology transformation opportunities within target financial institutions.

  • Partner with Account Executives, Marketing, and Solution Consultants to execute coordinated account plans and drive pipeline progression.
  • Leverage data platforms and sales intelligence tools to improve account prioritisation, prospect research, and outreach personalisation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or enterprise pipeline generation.
  • Fluency in French and English (both required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders within financial institutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial technology, capital markets, treasury, risk management, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing or selling strategies and sales intelligence platforms.
  • Experience using automation or AI-assisted tools to improve research and prospect engagement.

This position will be located in Paris and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
