Are you looking for a flexible Per Diem Physical Therapy position with an outstanding healthcare organization? This could be your opportunity! Weekend availability is primarily needed.
What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will provide direct patient care and integrate all elements of patient/client management—including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and interventions—to maximize functional outcomes. You’ll document treatments and progress according to professional and organizational standards, and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team treating patients with conditions such as CVA, SCI, LE Amputation, Orthopedics, and Cardiopulmonary disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive treatment programs based on patient history, condition, and functional status
- Prioritize patient care needs and assess rehab requirements across the continuum of care
- Provide timely recommendations for disposition, equipment, education, and treatment
- Complete all documentation in compliance with professional, organizational, and regulatory standards
What You’ll Need
- Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or Clinical Doctorate)
- Current NYS Physical Therapy license and registration
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation
- Per Diem Rate: $50/hour
- Experience-based pay range for Full-Time&Part-Time: $37.60 – $47.60
(Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under FLSA will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.)
