Description:

Are you an experienced RN Manager with a background in Labor & Delivery? Trinity Health’s FirstChoice Mobile Resource Pool is seeking a passionate Interim L&D Nurse Leader to join the team at Burdett Birthing Center, Troy, NY.

 

As Interim Nurse Manager, you’ll provide 24/7 leadership and oversight for unit operations, including direct supervision of staff (20%) and administrative responsibilities (80%). You’ll drive clinical quality, support staff development, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction. This role requires a focus on continuous improvement, patient safety, and team engagement.

Requirements:

  • Active New York RN license
  • Minimum 3 years of L&D Manager experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, and C-EFM Certifications

Assignment Details:

  • Location: Burdett Birthing Center - Samaritan Hospital, Troy, NY
  • Length: 13 Weeks
  • Hours: 40
  • Compensation: $3,400.00 Gross Weekly + $1200.00 Weekly Paid Travel (if residing 60+ miles from facility)
