Be part of the team that delivers data-driven insights to support business strategy and works closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business units, leadership, and data teams.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions and improve performance across key domains. You’ll play a critical role in helping stakeholders understand trends, identify opportunities, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

What you’ll do
Apply Python in AWS environments to develop dashboards and reporting, bridging business needs with IT-led data solutions
Apply accounting knowledge to interpret results, ensuring insights are grounded in financial statements and meaningful for decision-making
Develop analytics solutions using data from a variety of sources and structures
Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities, and present findings to decision makers
Provide recommendations to improve business processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities
Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and enhancing data tools and methodologies
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
A degree in finance, business, mathematics, statistics, or computer science
Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a related field
Extensive knowledge of data analysis, statistical concepts, and data interpretation
Solid knowledge of business domains combined with data structures and configuration
Proven expertise in translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Demonstrated proficiency with data manipulation and management tools
Advanced experience with at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources
Experience influencing stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations
Knowledge of data governance, data quality, or data process improvement
Experience in a financial institution, working in a finance area or a related industry
