Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of INFINITI vehicles using factory technical resources.
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections and clearly communicate recommendations to service advisors and customers.
- Deliver high-quality work efficiently while meeting or exceeding time expectations.
- Stay current with INFINITI technical bulletins, software updates, and industry advancements.
- Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards and customer concerns are fully resolved.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with dealership excellence standards.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years as an Automotive Technician (luxury or INFINITI experience preferred, but not required — strong candidates from all backgrounds encouraged).
- Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic abilities and solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
- Certifications: ASE certifications preferred; willingness to obtain INFINITI factory certifications (we’ll support you!).
- License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
