Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Medication management and medical oversight
Oversee training of direct care staff
Document medical appointments and medical issues
Inform care managers and parents of any medical changes
Provide on-call support (telephone only) on a rotational basis
Minimum Qualification Requirements including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.) Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.
All RNs must meet the following minimum requirements:
NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License
Preferred Qualification Requirements (desired requirements beyond MQRs above)
Med/Surg experience
Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population
Compensation:
Compensation is from 85,000 USD to 95,000 USD per year
Additional compensation in the form of an experience differential and bonuses
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
