At Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, every guest experience starts the moment they arrive. As a Porter/Valet, you’re the first and last impression—and one of the most important members of our team. You keep the service department running smoothly, protect luxury vehicles, and help deliver the seamless, high-end experience our customers expect.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up
- Safely move, park, and stage vehicles across the lot and service areas
- Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and ready for delivery
- Maintain an organized, professional appearance of the service lot and customer areas
- Support the service team with vehicle movement between locations and other daily needs
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfort driving both automatic and manual vehicles
- Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer focus
- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to be on your feet and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
