Ce que vous ferez (Responsabilités)

  • Agir comme conseiller(ère) stratégique en communications auprès de leaders seniors

  • Élaborer et déployer des stratégies de communication intégrées alignées sur les objectifs d’affaires

    permettre aux leaders et aux partenaires d’exécuter efficacement
  • Développer des messages exécutifs, narratifs et propositions de valeur clairs et adaptés à différents publics

  • Collaborer avec des partenaires internes (RH, Affaires juridiques, Affaires gouvernementales, etc.) afin d’assurer l’alignement des messages

  • Diriger des plans de communications internes et externes, incluant des initiatives de transformation et de gestion du changement

  • Utiliser des données, analyses et outils numériques/IA pour améliorer l’efficacité et la portée des communications

  • Encadrer les parties prenantes afin de livrer du contenu de haute qualité conforme à la marque

  • Mesurer et optimiser les communications à l’aide de métriques de performance et d’engagement

  • Assurer l’alignement entre les stratégies de communication et les résultats d’affaires, en veillant à ce que les efforts soient axés sur un impact mesurable plutôt que sur le volume de production

  • Faire preuve d’un bon jugement pour prioriser les initiatives à plus forte valeur ajoutée et remettre en question les approches afin d’améliorer l’impact global des communications

Exigences de base (Qualifications minimales)

  • Baccalauréat en communications, relations publiques, marketing ou domaine connexe

  • 7 ans ou plus d’expérience professionnelle en communications ou relations publiques

  • Expérience démontrée dans l’élaboration de stratégies de communication

  • Expérience en accompagnement de leaders ou cadres supérieurs

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale (anglais requis)

  • Capacité démontrée à influencer des parties prenantes et à gérer des projets complexes

Compétences / Expérience souhaitées

  • Expérience dans un environnement réglementé (ex. : santé, pharmaceutique)

  • Bilinguisme (français/anglais)

  • Expérience en communications de gestion du changement

  • Connaissance des outils de communication numériques, de l’IA et des plateformes analytiques

About the Role

In this role, you will translate complex business strategies into clear, compelling messaging and scalable communications solutions. Working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, you will leverage data, digital tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to drive engagement, alignment, and measurable business impact, with clear accountability for enabling measurable business outcomes.

This role focuses on enabling leaders and partners to deliver high-impact communications, scaling through influence and ensuring communications are directly tied to business outcomes.

You will play a critical role in strengthening organizational communication, enabling leaders to communicate with clarity, consistency, and impact—especially in complex or high-stakes moments, with a clear link to business priorities and outcomes, and enhancing employee understanding during periods of transformation.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Serve as a strategic communications advisor to senior leaders, providing counsel on high-impact initiatives

  • Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with business objectives enabling leaders and partners to execute effectively

  • Create clear executive messaging, storytelling, and value propositions for diverse audiences

  • Partner cross-functionally (HR, Legal, Government Affairs, etc.) to ensure message alignment and consistency

  • Lead internal and external communications plans, including change and transformation initiatives

  • Leverage data, insights, and AI/digital tools to improve communication effectiveness and scalability

  • Guide stakeholders and partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content across channels

  • Measure and optimize communications using analytics, engagement metrics, and feedback

  • Drive alignment between communications strategies and business outcomes, ensuring efforts are focused on measurable impact rather than output

  • Apply strong judgment to prioritize highest-value work and challenge approaches to improve overall communications impact

  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor in complex, matrixed environments

Basic Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field

  • 7+ years of professional experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications

  • Proven experience developing strategic communications plans

  • Experience advising senior leaders or executives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex projects

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries

  • Bilingualism (English/French)

  • Experience with change management communications

  • Familiarity with digital communications tools, AI, and analytics platforms

  • Background in consulting, media, or corporate strategy environments

  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
