ABOUT THE ROLE

 

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Senior Business Analyst. This is a permanant position based in London.

This role plays a crucial part in supporting OpenDoor’s business needs, focused on continuous improvement and standardisation of our end-to-end processes, and governance. The Business Analyst works as part of the global operations team, and reports to the Global Operations Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, analyse and document as-is state and business requirements across the OpenDoor business
  • Primary focus for 2026 is on end-to-end process, from campaign brief to financial reconciliation and data provisioning. The Business Analyst will work with a Wrike specialist to deliver refined & standardized processes throughout the organisation, supported by Wrike as the workflow technology
  • Prepare process flows and models, including data flow and technology integration
  • Act as the change manager for moving to the to-be state, supported by the wider operations team
  • Work closely with stakeholders across WPP to validate solutions and ensure that requirements are implemented effectively, meeting the highest standards and aligning with that of Amazon’s lines of business
  • Provide clear leadership updates on a regular basis
  • Establish ongoing governance mechanisms for process and technology use, collaborating with global leadership to embed accountability and transparency

Skills and Experience

  • Experience operating in a Business Analyst (or equivalent) position, with some/all of that time in the media industry
