Cyrel® North American Equipment Service Manager
Wilmington, DE (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

The Role
As the Cyrel® North American Equipment Service Manager, you will support the Flexographic Solutions business by ensuring equipment reliability, maximizing uptime, and delivering high-quality customer support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support across equipment installation lifecycle (pre, during, post)
Partner with Sales to align technical solutions with customer requirements
Serve as escalation point for equipment service issues
Manage and support third-party service providers
Collaborate with global experts and OEM partners to resolve issues
Lead equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
Utilize diagnostic tools and technologies to improve service effectiveness
Guide and prioritize activities across technical support resources
Deliver hands-on problem solving and technical leadership
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years in flexographic printing and equipment service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide recommendations
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceMax, or similar CRM
Familiarity with invoicing and service-related financial processes
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
