Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and nurture key client relationships with the distributor and DP vendor, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

a) Responsible for business planning, execution and review

b) Cooperate with cross function teams to provide high quality collaboration

c) Data analysis to find opportunity for business

2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for the TikTok Flagship Store for both store-self and KOL part.

a) Manage the distributor and DP vendor with perfect operation and execution

b) Work with the distributor and DP vendor to generate strategy for both store-self and KOL part and deliver sales KPI

c) Manage the distributor and DP vendor to optimize and execute new wearer recruitment and existed wearer retention plan with PDCA circle

3. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Stay updated with the latest TikTok platform updates, policies, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal store performance.

a) Responsible for daily and periodic communication and negotiation with TikTok

b) Explore TikTok internal resources to accelerate business growth and share gaining

c) Familiar with using TikTok platform data tools to generate business diagnosis and identify opportunities

Qualifications

· Education:

Bachelor’s degree above

· Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of online KA management experience including distributor management experience.

2. Minimum 1-2 years of TikTok experience is must. Experience in both self-store operation/Qianchuan media buy and TikTok top KOL negotiation is preferred.

3. Experience & sense of content will be preferred.
