YOUR MISSION
As the Ads Lead, you will play a crucial role in the Partner Ads team at Glovo Poland, driving the strategy of fast growing ads business. You will have a possibility to work with 3 commercial Teams (50+ stakeholders), and your scope will involve areas such as strategic planning, analysis and reporting, education, commercial and product excellence. You will also take part in Joined Business Plans creation and negotiations with Top Accounts. Working across diverse clusters at the local level, you'll wear many hats and play a pivotal role in guiding and enabling our commercial teams.
THE JOURNEY
- Drive analytical Ads agenda for Poland, incl. building dashboards and tools for Commercial Teams, deep reporting and analysis of Ads performance in Poland.
- Lead Ads Weekly Business Reviews to drive measurable business outcomes. Own the reporting structure for the commercial team, ensuring our team is both data driven and aligned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of key ads campaigns, from pre-sale research to campaign launch and optimisation.
- Set Ads strategy for Glovo in Poland, incl. business bottom-up analysis and targets planning.
- Enablement & education - support local Teams in broadening Ads knowledge via 1:1 coaching and bigger scale trainings.
- GTM - coordination of global initiatives roll out on PL market
- Co-develop pitch materials and processes to enhance the scalability of our team and business.
- Spot opportunities to enhance performance and boost advertiser’s investment through data analysis and monitoring market trends.
- Participate in negotiations with Key Accounts, driving Joint Business Planning approach.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in digital advertising sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth across multiple channels
- Experience with sales of performance-based ads
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills, coupled with experience coordinating and motivating teams
- Ability to work cross-functionally, to support team growth and development..
- Proven ability to negotiate with key accounts
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in digital ad metrics and data-driven decision making
- Good communication skills, and advanced in English and Polish.
- Previous experience working directly with enterprise restaurant advertisers or similar is a plus.
