Responsibilities:
- Vocational training as a a plastics and rubber technologist
- Familiarize with production and maintenance departments
- Actively work in the departments: Mixing plant, blank production, molding (machines), finishing, coating, quality control
- Getting to know the interfaces to logistics and quality management
- Programming and setting-up production machines
- Participation in special projects such as "Trainees recruit trainees"
Qualifications:
- Good understanding of technical processes
- If possible, vocational school in metal technology etc.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Accurate and thorough work
- Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and self-organized
- Good manners and ability to work in a team as well as communication skills
- Ability to adapt flexibly to new situations
- Well groomed appearance and self-secure
