SCHEDULE
Flexible Hours
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
- Underwrites commercial real estate credit reviews and analyzes the risks associated with the borrower's financial condition, recommending risk-rating changes where appropriate.
- Performs financial reviews on required credits
- Analyzes repayment ability and personal cash flow
- Reviews and interprets personal and business credit reports
- Analyzes commercial leases
- Reviews professional real estate appraisals
- Follows for property insurance documentation
- Performs property inspections
- Other duties as directed

Experience
One to three years of similar or related experience
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
