Our Digital Wealth Product Team & Who We Are

The financial landscape and growing client preference to do business in the digital channels has evolved over the past ten years. This has made a significant impact on how we interact with clients, the products we create, and the strategies we deploy. In order to compete with traditional Wealth Management providers, as well as fast growing entrants that are untraditional to financial services, the Digital Wealth Product Team was founded to modernize our digital offerings, enrich the wealth management experience, and reach our clients quickly in their preferred digital channel(s) of choice.

We are a diverse team of passionate product managers, strategists, and technologists. Our collective expertise spans financial services, digital product development, user experience (UX) design, and agile methodologies. We operate with a deep understanding of the wealth management landscape, including client needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements. The Role

As a Vice President, Digital Wealth Product Management you will ideate, strategize, and execute against Citi Wealth's strategic priorities and build out the product offering across self-directed investment products, robo and hybrid advisory, managed investment accounts, saving goals, and financial advisory tools. You will support the delivery of a simple, unified, and inspiring investments digital experience that acts as a new vector of client growth while driving significant net new investment assets and assets under management.  You will be responsible for defining, testing, and delivering products that challenge banking today while making a material impact on clients and the Citi Wealth business. To be successful, you will need to bring a creative vision, superior problem-solving skills, and great product instincts, and have the ability to move with agency to revolutionize the wealth experience. You will report to the Senior Vice President, Group Product Lead for our Digital Wealth Product Management Team.

What You'll Do:

  • Define the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for your product/journey
  • Define OKRs and metrics to measure the success of the features and experiences put into the market
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative client and industry data to test hypotheses, identify consumer pain points and validate potential solutions
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence-native tools to augment the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) - bringing high quality requirements to life with speed
  • Collaborate with a talented group of designers to define the product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity designs
  • Translate research and hypotheses into product requirements and detailed user stories for Technology / Engineering
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive features through the various stakeholder review groups; including fraud, risk, legal, compliance, and operations
  • Prioritize new features based on client needs, in alignment with the company’s short- and long- term objectives, and technical capabilities
  • Get your hands dirty analyzing funnels/cohorts, in Adobe, Glassbox, Mixpanel, JIRA, Tableau, etc.
  • Manage the launch and post-launch production monitoring for feature enhancements impacting your journey(s)

What You’ll Need:

  • 6+ years’ experience building and shipping consumer products through the full product lifecycle with teams of designers, engineers, and non-tech partners
  • Managed and developed well-loved products with demonstrable and measurable results
  • Ownership of the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation through delivery
  • Empathetic towards the client with the ability to put yourself in the consumer's shoes
  • Experienced in making hard data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, user testing, competitors and marketing analysis, defining metrics) and funnel tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Glassbox, Mixpanel, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to find, analyze, and distill behavioral data (e.g., funnels, cohorts, raw data sets) into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI/Machine Learning principles, methodologies, and their practical application in product development. Experience with AI-powered financial tools or platforms is highly desirable
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Hustler with a willingness and appetite to do what it takes to take the product from concept to launch, while also being comfortable with ambiguity
  • Sharp. You think on your feet, quickly come up with innovative solutions and are always one step ahead
  • Technical. Understanding of technical problems, how to break down the work involved in solving them, and the impact of those decisions on engineering
  • Preferred: product management experience with a leading tech company, financial services industry, or an early/growth stage funded start-up

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
