As an Engineering Manager for Adobe Express in Bucharest, Romania, you'll oversee a team of passionate engineers developing flawless and creative solutions. In addition, you will be at the forefront of our organization, helping drive AI adoption across teams—treating adoption as a structured change‑management effort, enabling repeatable best practices, and supporting lightweight governance and metrics to scale usage responsibly
What you'll Do
· Lead and direct a group of engineers to successfully develop Adobe Express features
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products
· Determine technical requirements and ensure the highest standards of quality
· Drive the team towards achieving project goals and timelines
· Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
What you need to succeed
· Candidates with a degree or equivalent practical experience will be considered
· Proven track record in Engineering Management
· Hands-on AI/ML experience - either through building ML-powered features, integrating models into production systems, or collaborating closely with ML research teams.
· Experience driving AI adoption beyond a single team by influencing across an organization, establishing clear success metrics, and contributing to governance practices that enable safe, scalable usage.
· Strong technical background with experience in software development
· Strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills
· Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced environment
