What are we looking for:

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Designer with over 10 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across enterprise functions. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in AI architecture, prompt engineering, and enterprise-grade solutioning. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to conceptualize, design, and implement scalable GenAI solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end GenAI solutions including prompt libraries, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and orchestration layers.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate business needs into technical requirements and GenAI use cases across domains like customer experience, operations, and analytics.
• Prompt Engineering Strategy: Lead prompt design frameworks, governance, and optimization for enterprise-wide reuse.

• Platform Enablement: Work with platform teams to integrate GenAI capabilities into existing enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data lakes).

• Security & Compliance: Ensure GenAI solutions adhere to enterprise security, privacy, and ISRA standards.
• Change Management: Drive adoption through enablement plans, training, and stakeholder communication.
• Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of GenAI trends, evaluate emerging tools (e.g., LangChain, Open AI, Azure AI), and recommend strategic investments.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10-14 years in solution design, enterprise architecture, or AI delivery roles.
• Proven experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, model risk management, and ethical AI principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science (or equivalent).

• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution design.

• Experience with tools like LangChain, Azure Open AI, Hugging Face, Pinecone, or similar.

• Exposure to regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare) is a plus.
