Manufacture and / or integrate composite parts or sub-assemblies to build up main composite assemblies.
Use of manual or automatic techniques and appropriate jigs, tools and machines for part production.
Manufacturing of simple or complex parts made out of composite materials (monolithic or sandwich), starting from preparation of the raw material (e.g. cutting layers), the molds (cleaning, applying release agents or foils), consumables, tools and machines.
Apply prepreg-, resininfusion- and / or resininjection-techniques.
Manual or automated lay-up of layers, draping and / or forming.
Installing inserts, build up vacuum bagging, including vacuum check. Use of autoclave and/or oven and/or specific heating devices for polymerization of composite parts.
Demoulding and rework contours of the part.
Perform the repair of parts or assemblies in composite materials (monolithic or sandwich).
Using manual or automated techniques, appropriate jigs & tools and specific curing/polymerization tools or machines.
Perform first level Quality inspection.
Ensure traceability at all stages of manufacturing.
Adhere to composite health and safety rules.
