About the role

Job Position Summary:

The Service Delivery Integration Lead (SDIL) is responsible for ensuring that service and production work across Entrega’s delivery ecosystem is sequenced correctly, integrated cleanly, and executed predictably. The SDIL serves as the single integration gateway between Service Delivery leadership and delivery teams, coordinating efforts across multiple workstreams to protect delivery commitments and reduce execution risk.

This role requires strong delivery fluency — including technical, operational, and platform awareness — to identify sequencing issues, dependencies, and risks before they impact outcomes. The SDIL drives results by providing clarity, coordination, and disciplined execution flow across stakeholders, without owning solution design, coding, scope, or delivery management decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Delivery Integration & Sequencing - Own the coordination and sequencing of delivery work across service and production teams. Translate delivery intent into clear, executable sequencing that ensures the right roles and capabilities are engaged at the right time.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project/Program Managers, and delivery teams (application, platform, QA, release, and operational functions) to align workstreams and ensure clean, visible handoffs.
  • Delivery Fluency & Feasibility - Bring sufficient delivery and technical fluency to pressure-test plans for readiness, integration complexity, and execution risk. Identify non-obvious dependencies or constraints and advise on tradeoffs without owning design decisions.
  • Production Flow & Predictability - Help maintain smooth delivery flow by reducing bottlenecks, idle time, and execution thrash. Support consistent delivery cadence and predictable outcomes across varied project and production scopes.
  • Risk Identification & Escalation - Anticipate, track, and escalate risks related to sequencing, capacity, or feasibility early — surfacing issues through Service Delivery Operations rather than directly to clients.
  • Facilitation & Communication - Facilitate regular delivery syncs and status touchpoints as needed to maintain clarity, alignment, and accountability across teams.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve delivery integration, sequencing discipline, and execution predictability without introducing unnecessary process or bureaucracy.
  • Additional Responsibilities - Perform other tasks and duties as required to support and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to manage complexity across multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to work independently while influencing outcomes across teams without formal authority.
  • Comfortable operating in delivery-critical environments with competing priorities and strict timelines.
  • Calm, systems-oriented approach to problem-solving; values clarity and predictability over heroics.
  • Professional demeanor with high integrity and credibility across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth, specifically when it comes to technology.
  • Aptitude for strategic thinking and ability to make critical recommendations.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (technical or operations-related field preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in delivery, integration, or execution-focused environments.
  • SCRUM Master certification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams and sequencing work across dependencies.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or mixed delivery models and delivery lifecycle concepts.
  • Experience using delivery and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent) preferred.
