Senior Global Analytics Manager - OTC
About the role
As Senior Global Analytics Manager, and through your functional expertise, deep business acumen, strategic understanding, and strong collaboration skills, you will deliver impactful insights that inspire and inform strategic growth choices across the OTC category. You will design, develop and embed advanced value adding analytical solutions, leveraging a broad range of data sources & tools, steering a team of 4 analysts based in India and Poland.
You will serve as a key advisor and business partner to the OTC LT, and your insights will be instrumental in OTC decision-making, spanning a wide range of areas from category and performance understanding to Marketing effectiveness, Demand led growth, Innovation whitespaces, Pricing strategies, and Brand/activity performance understanding.
This role sits within the OTC Consumer Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA) Team and reports directly to CBIA Director OTC.
Role Responsibilities
- Accountable for the design, development, and delivery of advanced Analytics solutions that contribute to the OTC strategic objectives, driving impactful decision-making in key areas such as Marketing effectiveness, Demand led growth, Innovation Development, Pricing strategies, White space identification, and Brand/activity performance understanding.
- Build a strong data culture in the OTC category, based on data democratisation and self-sufficiency, enabling the Data & Analytics team to focus on the most strategic and value adding analytics work.
- Partner with commercial teams, providing robust, ongoing analytical support on key strategic questions, infusing Deep Human Understanding & Deep Market Understanding in decision making.
- Serve as a key business partner in ongoing performance reporting and strategic planning cycles, providing timely analytics support.
- Become the reference for deep seasonal understanding and provide clear and actional guidance to the business on how to plan / act accordingly.
- Develop an efficient competitive insight muscle.
- Lead, manage, and develop the OTC CBIA Analytics team, based in India & Poland, ensuring the effective design, development, and delivery of advanced analytics solutions, fostering an environment where the team contributes significantly to establishing industry-leading thinking in analytics.
- Manage and strategically guide key analytics agency relationships, ensuring alignment with team objectives and effective delivery of analytics projects.

Basic Qualifications:
- Significant proven experience in analytics in the consumer goods industry
- Strong business acumen with proven history of translating findings into actionable recommendations with business value attached to them
- Demonstrable ability to be hypothesis led and identify what analysis is required to feed into actionable business strategies and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Significant Insight and Analytical Capabilities including understanding of advanced analytical methodologies including MMM, Price Elasticity and AI Capabilities
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with successful outcomes, within a matrix organisation
- Strong story-telling and inspirational capability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A track record of exploring and implementing new analytical methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance capabilities and drive efficiency
- Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and fostering senior-level engagement
- Ability to enable and drive change – resilience and tenacity
