The Behavioral Program Administrator serves as a core member of the Hermann Center clinical and research team, working across disciplines to support the development, testing, implementation, and sustainability of innovative behavioral health programs. This role integrates program leadership, management, research collaboration, and clinical care within a dynamic academic medical setting.This role requires a dynamic individual who is comfortable working at the intersection of clinical care, program leadership, and research. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful leader, strong collaborator, and systems thinker who is passionate about advancing innovative models of care for young children and families.

About the Hermann Center
The Hermann Center is a research-focused clinical enterprise dedicated to advancing innovative behavioral health interventions for children and families, beginning as early as pregnancy. The Center serves as a platform for developing, testing, and refining new models of care through the integration of research, clinical practice, and community collaboration.
Through this work, the Hermann Center provides high-quality, collaborative behavioral health services while improving access to comprehensive mental health care. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to prevention, early intervention, and holistic approaches that strengthen caregiver-child relationships, support developmental foundations, and improve long-term outcomes.

Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinical–Research Integration
Partner with research teams to integrate clinical care with data collection for research studies and program evaluation.
Support implementation of research-informed practices within clinical workflows.
Contribute to a learning health system model that bridges research and clinical care.

Team Leadership & Management
Provide supervision and support to a multidisciplinary team (e.g., LMSW, LPC, and other clinical/support staff).
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and supportive team culture.
Support staff development, performance feedback, and clinical growth.
Program Development
Lead development and refinement of therapy models and clinical programming.
Collaborate with leadership to establish policies, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives.
Support expansion of innovative care models within the Hermann Center.
Clinical Services
Provide evidence-based early childhood psychotherapy services to children and families.
Deliver developmentally informed, relationship-focused interventions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Required Qualifications:
Behavioral Therapist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or other related license in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois, depending on location, to be obtained within 3 months of date of hire.
Basic Life Support certification (Online BLS certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirements).
