What the Role Entails
Responsibilities:
- Administrate full scope of payroll and benefits administration for the entire lifecycle of all exempt and nonexempt employees, including tax rate changes, life events, leave administration, benefit enrollment, garnishments, deductions, and investigate and resolve pay issues andend user testing for payroll system changes to ensure a seamless payroll process with minimal gaps and data errors
- Support payroll processing for Canada (60%) , US (30%) and Brazil (10%) including but not limited to, new hires, transfers, pay changes, separations, garnishments, deductions, etc, accurately into payroll systems
- Ensure data integrity and integration between benefit vendor sites and HRIS + payroll system
- Work closely with managers of nonexempt employees to ensure time cards are accurate and free from error
- Perform other payroll tasks and HR projects as needed
Who We Look For
Requirements:
- 1~2 years of experiences in administrating Canada and US payroll
- Prior experiences setting up internal processes to ensure payroll and benefits are accurately delivered and compliant with state and federal regulations
- Experiences in project management to improve operational efficiency for payroll and benefits
- Meticulous attention to details and positive team player
- ADP and WorkDay experiences preferred

US-California-Palo AltoThe expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $80,168.40 to $122,800.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company’s 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level.
