How you will make contributions that matter

An exciting opportunity has come up for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Supply & Distribution team at our Leongatha site.

In this hands-on supervisor role, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations, manage stock effectively, and help keep the site running smoothly.

• Loading, unloading and assisting with container scheduling
• Ensure efficient movement of materials and goods to and from site
• Managing stock takes, reporting variances and investigating issues while driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Moving and controlling stock across warehouse locations
• Supporting team coverage and leading daily priorities
• Contribute to a safe, reliable and high-performing site environment

About you

We’re looking for someone with a strong operational mindset who enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

• Experience in warehousing and stock control
• Proven leadership or team coordination experience
• Strong SAP or systems capability
• Forklift licence and HC truck licence
• Experience with stocktakes and inventory accuracy
• Chemical handling experience (or willingness to obtain)
