Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Intern in Accounts Payable Team
Type of Employment: Temporary position for 6 months
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle supplier invoices in the system
Take part in month end closing processes according to reporting schedule
Respond to supplier and clients queries
Perform other department’s tasks according to manager’s assignment
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Student in Accounting, Finance or Economics
Good computer skills and willingness to learn new IT systems
Fluent English language skills to communicate with business units and colleagues in Europe
Very good communication and collaboration skills
Precise, analytical, organised and stress resistant personality
Improvement driven and good team player
