WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As part of the Enterprise Business Planning (EBP) team, this role reports to the Pacific Director of EBP and partners closely with Nike Direct, Marketplace, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. The position has no direct reports and thrives in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment to optimise inventory and deliver business goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
3+ years’ professional experience in inventory management, supply chain, operations, planning or finance.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Think-Cell, TM1, Cognos BI, SAP, Tableau, O9 is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence, lead change, and deliver results through compelling storytelling.
Proven ability to manage deliverables against critical deadlines.
Strong communication skills across cross-functional & diverse stakeholder groups.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead inventory optimisation strategies that maximise revenue, profitability and productivity across all channels and planning horizons.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive monthly inventory forecasting accuracy across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
Partner with Nike Direct, Marketplace, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve risks and seize opportunities.
Analyse data to achieve key metrics: Weeks of Supply, Close-Out %, Unallocated %, and Franchise Health.
Evaluate financial, operational, and consumer trade-offs to inform business decisions.
Leverage data visualisation and storytelling to influence stakeholders and align actions.
Engage in structured forums and ad-hoc problem-solving to maintain healthy inventory levels.
Collaborate across time zones and functions to deliver Pacific business objectives.
