Job Description:

Summary

This position is expected to develop and expand SLHK’s life and health insurance market share through broker channels with bank or financial intuition backgrounds.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve new business and value targets. 
• Develop, handle and keep relationship with bank and financial institution partners.
• Plan and execute product sales initiatives, to gain channels' buy-in and to achieve the best business results.
• Build up comprehensive KYC of channels, and in-depth understanding of the market.
• Arrange and provide trainings and day-to-day business supports to channels.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder
• At least 8 year relevant experience, preferably in bank or financial industry, with knowledgeable of insurance products and the market.
• Knowledge of MCV business, and knowledge of HNW case handlings are preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (oral and written). Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
