The Position

Are you ready to operate at the intersection of strategy, technology, and operational effectiveness? As a Senior Business Operations Analyst, you will act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams, transforming high-level vision into world-class operational execution. Your Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Workstreams: Independently manage end-to-end business operations initiatives, navigating ambiguity to design and validate highly effective business processes.

  • Lead Problem Solving: Spearhead root-cause analysis, execute thorough research, and translate complex requirements into strategic implementation plans.

  • Optimize Operational Excellence: Analyze, plan, and execute key foundational processes, including compliance, quality adherence, performance dashboards, and vendor management.

  • Foster Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with diverse global teams across Finance, Procurement, and People & Culture to drive seamless, end-to-end organizational delivery.

  • Influence Technical Integration: Apply advanced data, usability, and process analysis tools to evaluate business impacts, manage interconnections, and maximize workflow efficiency.

Who You Are You are a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives on turning ambiguity into structured progress. You possess strong communication skills, an organizational change mindset, and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you bring:

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy, with at least 3+ years spent within the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or a closely related highly regulated ecosystem.

  • End-to-End Delivery: A proven track record of managing full business analysis lifecycles, establishing project requirements, and evaluating strategic operational solutions.

  • Advanced BA Methodology: Robust proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, traceability, and structured change management practices.

  • Strategic Vision Alignment: Demonstrated ability to translate operational requests into long-term solution roadmaps that provide clear business value.

  • Collaborative Facilitation: Experience facilitating workshops, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving process improvements across functional lines.

  • Experience in Service Delivery Management, ITSM, risk, compliance, or vendor management is considered a great asset.

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance.

This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
