- WORK HOURS: 32 hours/week
- Manage time effectively and meet all job responsibilities
- Maintain a positive work environment for clients and employees
- Manage all phases of mail
- Meet all deadlines for Print related work for the employees at the client site
- Help assistance to office personnel as needed
- Crosstrain with co-workers in order to provide coverage support as scheduled
- Maintain supplies as needed
- Maintain Site procedure manuals
- Follow C&W Services safety compliance
- Following through on work order requests in timely manner
- Escort site visitors appropriately based on security protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Two+ years of professional work experience
- Experience working with mail and delivery services is highly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Self-supervisory and time management skills a must
- Ability to move items up to 50 pounds independently or over 50 pounds with assistance of co-worker or hand truck/cart.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organization skills
- Work safely and efficiently in a professional environment
- Maintain client confidentiality
- Proficient using Microsoft office programs
- Ability to use technology such as smart phones, computers, web-based applications, etc.
- Complete all required C & W Services Safety Training as scheduled annually. (New employees shall meet the immediate training requirements as set forth at time of hiring. Failure to comply with the safety training and other training requirements set forth in Cushman & Wakefield’s Policies and Procedures may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or termination of employment.
- Comply with C & W Services Uniform Dress Code while working and maintain a neat and clean appearance while on the property at times other than working hours.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $17.00 - $20.00
