About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive process improvement and data governance within the manufacturing environment. This role focuses on optimizing SAP data processes, supporting new product introduction (NPI), and ensuring smooth production readiness through accurate and structured system data.

You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting cost optimization initiatives, and contributing to digital transformation projects (SAP S/4HANA & MES).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and verify product structure data in SAP, ensuring accuracy against drawings and technical specifications

  • Create and maintain BOM, routing, and material master data to support production, costing, and supply chain operations

  • Support new product development (NPD/NPI) by ensuring SAP readiness for launch

  • Design and implement SAP data validation processes and checklists to improve data quality and governance

  • Drive process improvement initiatives related to production data management

  • Support cost reduction programs (e.g., dual sourcing, PC projects)

  • Contribute to monthly operational reporting (Cx package)

  • Support SAP S/4HANA and MES implementation and system enhancement projects

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and supply chain teams

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP within a manufacturing environment

  • Experience in BOM, routing, material master, and production control processes

  • Strong understanding of SAP data structures and manufacturing workflows

  • Proven ability in process improvement, planning, and coordination

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities

  • Intermediate English communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
