PwC Tax & Legal è la realtà professionale member firm del network PwC per la consulenza legale e tributaria. Una delle principali realtà professionali del Paese, porta per connettersi al network internazionale e leader a livello globale.Nell'ottica di ampliare il dipartimento Tax di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un/una neolaureato/a e/o Praticante Commercialista che abbia maturato al massimo 2 anni di esperienza in materia di Tax M&A.
La risorsa si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività:
- attività di tax due diligence per operazioni straordinarie;
- strutturazione di operazioni straordinarie domestiche ed internazionali;
- consulenza in materia di fiscalità d'impresa domestica ed internazionale.
Requisiti:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- motivazione ed entusiasmo per l’attività professionale;
- iniziativa ed orientamento al risultato;
- ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team.
