Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire trade marketing workflow of Snack Chain Channel, responsible for strategy formulation and closure to ensure standardized and efficient execution of the brand at the channel level.
2. Plan customized channel solutions for new products and design promotion strategies tailored to snack retail scenarios, accelerating market penetration and sales.
3. Lead the planning and execution of channel marketing activities, including thematic promotions, festival campaigns, and in-store merchandising, conducting reviews and optimizations to boost channel performance.
4. Identify industry trends and channel demands to provide strategic support and decision-making insights for business growth.
5. Exercise strong cross-functional collaboration to efficiently drive project implementation and resolve execution pain points with cross-teams including Product, Sales, Operation, and Regional teams.
Job Requirements:
1. Professional Background: Solid foundation in Trade Marketing, proficient in FMCG/snack industry channel operations, with proven experience in managing mature projects in large enterprises.
2. Category Experience: Experience in marketing within retail chains or the same snack category is a plus.
3. Core Competencies: Strong business acumen to accurately identify opportunities and devise solutions; excellent cross-departmental collaboration and resource integration skills.
4. Personal Attributes: High flexibility, strong resilience in a fast-paced environment, results-oriented, with exceptional planning, execution, and review capabilities.
