About the position:

The Aftersales Coordinator serves as the key contact for all service-related matters, supports service network development and boosts parts and accessories sales to drive customer satisfaction and profitability.

The After Sales Coordinator is a technically proficient professional who supports partners and customers with expert advice and assistance, strengthening Husqvarna’s brand and customer loyalty.

As part of the implementation and expansion of this generalist role as an Aftersales Coordinator you will leave your own footprint and actively participate in the development of our Aftersales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to service partners, end-users, and internal team members.
  • Assist with service issues and quality problems, including performing minor repairs when needed.
  • Offer on-site technical support to end-users at key construction projects and sites.
  • Coordinate complex repair cases with CESE regional After Sales team-leaders.

Requirements for the Position:

  • Technical background with 2+ years of experience – preferably in the construction, machinery, or industrial equipment sector
  • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
  • Fluent Hungarian and good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Good level in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
  • Valid B category driver’s license (mandatory)
