We're hiring a Paid Social Executive at Merkle in Sofia.
Purpose of the Role
The Paid Social Executive will play a key role in the execution, optimisation and reporting of B2B paid social campaigns across various platforms.
This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a working understanding of how paid social supports professional audiences and longer, more complex buyer journeys.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Paid Social Manager to drive client success and achieve campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities
· Assisting in the development and implementation of B2B paid social strategies designed to reach professional audiences, supporting the full customer journey and meeting client goals and objectives.
· Executing day-to-day management of B2B paid social campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring and reporting, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X and emerging B2B environments.
· Monitoring campaign performance against B2B-relevant KPIs, including cost-per-lead, MQL and SQL volumes, providing regular reports and insights to internal teams and clients.
· Supporting the Paid Social Manager in client communication, campaign planning, and strategic recommendations, contributing to audience plans that target job titles, functions and industries in line with client buying committees.
· Collaborating with clients, internal planning teams and platform representatives to drive best-in-class B2B performance, ensuring campaigns adhere to dentsu's QA policies and procedures.
Qualifications + Skills
· Experience managing and planning paid social campaigns, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment, with exposure to B2B campaign delivery.
· Proficiency in managing campaigns across paid social platforms, with a particular focus on LinkedIn Campaign Manager and an understanding of its B2B targeting capabilities.
· A working understanding of B2B marketing principles, including funnel structure, lead generation and how paid social supports longer sales cycles.
· Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
