Job Description

Bring your expertise in Coater, Sizer & Air Systems to a role where you truly make an impact

Join us as a Service Engineer and step into a role where you directly influence high‑quality project execution and customer satisfaction across sizer, coater, chemical, and air system operations.

Your responsibilities

  • You coordinate and follow up on customer projects—from parts purchasing to delivery tracking, component checks, and packaging—to ensure smooth execution.
  • You focus on sizer & coater, chemical, and air system–related tasks, working independently or with the team to secure high-quality project outcomes.
  • You manage tools proactively, ensuring good condition, proper documentation, and continuous updates.
  • You collaborate with sales or product owners to support solution creation and contribute to cost‑saving initiatives within project execution.
  • You communicate with customers throughout project delivery, ensuring clarity, timely updates, and strong professional relationships.

Expectations for you

  • You hold a bachelor’s or vocational degree in papermaking or a related mechanical discipline.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the paper & board industry or a related mechanical field, with hands-on knowledge of sizer & coater and/or air system equipment and operating principles.
  • You can understand English technical documentation and communicate in basic spoken English.
  • You are proficient with MS Office, CAD, PowerPoint, Project, and other digital tools, and you learn internal systems quickly.
  • You are comfortable with travel and flexible working hours, with strong communication skills and self‑motivation to expand responsibilities within a developing organization.

To succeed in this role

You bring strong technical mastery of sizer, coater, chemical, and air system equipment, combined with the ability to manage projects independently and maintain clear communication with customers. Your success will rely on your initiative, problem‑solving capability, and willingness to support continuous business improvements.
