Student Assistant Supply Chain

We are currently looking for a student assistant to our Supply Chain team in the heart of Copenhagen. As a student assistant in our team, your primary task will be to work with master data across our department:

Your responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and ensure high quality of master data across systems

  • Support daily tasks and improvements within Business Central

  • Develop, update, and maintain Power BI reports for monitoring, follow-up, and decision support

  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality and supply chain processes

  • Document data flows, guidelines, and simple procedures to support transparency and scalability

  • Provide ad hoc support to the Supply Chain team related to data, reporting, and systems

Your Profile:

  • Enrolled student in a relevant Bachelor’s degree at a local university (ideally Data Science, Supply Chain Management or adjacent)

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with an interest in data and process optimization

  • Structured, organized, and able to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable taking responsibility for your tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)

  • Experience with Business Central or similar ERP systems is an advantage, but not a requirement
