Are you looking to grow your career in Sales? Do you want to join a dynamic team with a proven track record of internal growth and career advancement opportunities? We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Account Manager to join our New Zealand Sales team, based in Newmarket

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:  

  • Working closely with Foodstuffs North Island to execute plans and grow our businesses together 

  • Managing promotional programs, forecasting, reporting and commercial performance across a portfolio of categories 

  • Identifying opportunities for growth and helping bring them to life 

  • Working cross-functionally with category, finance, revenue management, supply chain and marketing teams 

  • Supporting both short-term execution and longer-term strategic planning 

What you'll bring:

  • Takes ownership and learns quickly 

  • Communicates clearly and builds strong relationships 

  • Is organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities 

  • Enjoys solving problems and turning insights into action 

  • Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the team 

  • Is resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment 

  • Experience within FMCG would be beneficial, but mindset and attitude matter just as much. 

What you'll bring:

  • Resilient, energetic, confident, curious, eager to learn, attention to detail 

  • Organised, analytical, good listening skills

  • Tertiary qualified with a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is a plus

  • Negotiating and stakeholder management skills

  • 3-5 years in Sales/Marketing/Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)
