We are looking for a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser/Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about helping patients reconnect with the world through better hearing. Inland Hearing Aids has served Moses Lake since 1996, delivering top-rated hearing care for thousands of local families.

✔ Community-focused, relational environment

Patients come back year after year thanks to authentic, personalized care—not quotas or corporate pressure.

Patient Care & Community Support

  • Build strong, long‑term patient relationships
  • Counsel patients and families on hearing wellness
  • Maintain thorough documentation and follow-up care
  • Support clinic flow and contribute to our warm, welcoming environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Hearing Aid Dispenser / Hearing Instrument Specialist license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong fitting, counseling, and follow-up care skills
  • Excellent communication and patient connection
  • Comfort working independently in a small, high-trust practice
  • Passion for helping others improve their quality of life

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a comprehensive package designed to support your growth and well‑being, including:

  • Competitive compensation up to $90,000.00
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Medical, dental & vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Continuing education opportunities
  • Employee product discounts

Be Part of Something Meaningful
